What must a leader do to lead well?

That was the question posed at the National Community Church Leadership Summit in June 2011.

These were the answers:

• Leaders must be healthy.
• Leaders must live in rhythm.
• Leaders must be present.
• Leaders must leave a legacy.
• Leaders must fail well.
• Leaders must find gaps and fill them.
